How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Processing time is 1-2 business days. Standard delivery time in the U.S. is 3-5 business days. Delivery time may vary and cannot be guaranteed depending on the shipping address and other various factors which include holidays, weather conditions, worldwide pandemics, etc.
My order hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?
All orders include tracking, so you should be able to view the information. Upon label creation an email or message should be sent containing the tracking number. If your order is marked "delivered" and you do not have your order, please first contact USPS and they can sometimes locate your order. If you have any questions regarding your order, just ask!
What if I put the incorrect shipping address when placing my order?
Oh no! If you placed an order with an incorrect shipping address and it has NOT been shipped you can email me at makaymotif@gmail.com. to correct the address. If it has already been shipped, I will unfortunately not be able to change the shipping address and cannot offer a refund or replacement. If this occurs a new order will need to be placed. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address and to ensure it is correct upon placing the order, so please double-check the shipping address is correct!
Do you do custom or personalized/bulk orders?
If you are interested in a custom order, you can email me at makaymotif@gmail.com. We can then determine a fair price depending on the quantity, size, and complexity of the item(s).
Can I get a refund on a custom order?
Due to the uniqueness and personalization of a custom order, I, unfortunately, cannot give a refund as I cannot resell or reuse the created item(s). However, to prevent this from occurring I will send a proof to you (through message or email, depending on where the custom order was originally placed) to ensure it meets your approval prior to completion and packaging. After all, the orders should be personalized, memorable, and unique!
